The Lobbyist Fund is strictly used to pay for the CCBA’s state lobbyist. Lobbyists provide access to key Legislators on both sides of the aisle at critical times, educating them on Bills, while negotiating with interested stakeholders and groups opposing the industry’s interests in the legislative arena
